API Production Lines

Sunny Pharmtech’s (“Sunny”) API production lines are equipped with various size of reactors ranging from 0.5 to 3,000 liter, which were made of glass, glass-lined steel, stainless steel and Hastelloy, could handle various chemical reactions.
The crude API or intermediate could be further processed with various unit operations such as filter dryer, chromatographic separation system and spray drying system to obtain the finished API.
The most notable reaction is the hydrogenation reaction which has to be operated under pressurized reactors and Sunny is one of the four companies in Taiwan which has the capability to commercialize the API. The use of isolators enables Sunny to produce high-potency OEB 5 API as well as sterile API.
